Two restaurateurs sit together and, over a bottle of wine, ponder the perfect non-alcoholic alternative for their guests and themselves. Due to very high standards, the idea of producing pure gold from the Alpine region itself is implemented.
And “no”—dealcoholized wine was not an option ;)
